LEAVE FEEDBACK

We value your feedback, and are always grateful to hear about any action that we can take to improve.

If you would like to change the way we communicate with you please fill in our form here to let us know.

We welcome feedback as it helps us to develop as a charity, giving us the chance to monitor and improve our services. We're committed to the very highest standards of supporter care and if this is not met we want to hear about it.

We appreciate that there will be occasions when we don't get it right. So please let us know if you think we have failed in any way.

What happens next?

Once received, we will respond to your complaint as quickly as possible, within a maximum of five working days.  However, if the nature of the complaint is complicated or if it requires further investigation, we might need a little longer than the five working days to respond. If that is the case, we will let you know.

We will be open and honest in all communications with you. We will aim to ensure you communicate with a single appointed complaints representative who will keep you informed of what we are doing to resolve your complaint. We treat all complaints and feedback seriously, and will look to improve our services based on the learning from our investigation into your complaint.

If you are unhappy with our resolution after making a complaint and believe we have breached the UK Fundraising Code you can submit your complaint to the Fundraising Regulator. The Fundraising Regulator will aim to effectively investigate claims made within two months of the date we set out our final resolution.
