Cages of Shame, directed by Martin Guinness and narrated by Emmy award winner Peter Coyote, tells the remarkable story of Animals Asia’s rescue of 10 bears from a bile farm in Shandong Province, China.

The film will be followed by a short presentation – Peace by Piece, Animals Asia’s new landmark campaign to convert a bear bile farm of
around 130 bears into a sanctuary in Nanning, China. This will be the largest rescue of its kind in the world. Please help us provide the
peace these bears deserve – and claim your piece of history in the making.

In addition to learning what Animals Asia has achieved via this award-winning documentary, our US Outreach Manager, Ray Zhu, will bring you the latest progress on our biggest-ever bear rescue in China.

All proceeds from this screening will benefit Animals Asia’s Nanning Bear Rescue.
