Lauren Glickman
Treasurer
Lauren Glickman currently serves as the US Board Treasurer. She is the Learning and Development Manager at Wellspring Family Services EAP and has over 25 years of experience in resilience and capacity building training design and delivery, strategic planning, board governance and education, leadership coaching, and process design and improvement. Lauren's niche is working with individuals and groups who are routinely exposed to the trauma and hardship of others (animal caretakers, HR professionals, nurses, etc.) to develop strategies that support sustained well-being despite working in highly intense spaces.
The depth and breadth of Lauren's perspective is informed by her time filling a wide variety of roles. She has been a volunteer, program manager, project manager, executive director, board member, committee chair, and external consultant. Lauren earned a B.A. in Geography from Clark University and a Master's in Applied Behavioral Science from Bastyr University. Lauren served as an agroforestry Peace Corps Volunteer in Nicaragua and enjoys foraging mushrooms and exploring the natural world.
