Design supervisor needed to join our Program Development Department in Chengdu.

岗位职责 / Job responsibilities

  • 参与相关项目的整体创意和视觉表现讨论
  • Participate in the overall creative and visual presentation discussions of relevant programs
  • 负责相关性项目的平面创意设计
  • Responsible for the creative graphic design of relevant programs
  • 负责配合项目组，完成机构各项目的场景创意与设计工作
  • Responsible for cooperating with the program team to complete the scene creation and design of various programs of the organization
  • 配合项目组，共同完成各项目的提案、总结中的相关工作
  • Work together with the project team to complete the relevant work involved in the proposals and summaries of each program
  • 参与单位自身宣传推广中的相关设计工作
  • Participate in the design work related to the organization's publicity and promotion
  • 对视觉设计、色彩有敏锐的观察力及分析能力，能够充分理解项目需求和执行设计要求；高效完成设计提案
  • Sharp observation and analytical skills in visual design and color, able to fully understand program needs and execute design requirements; complete design proposals efficiently
  • 项目提案的设计和各项准备工作
  • The design and various preparations of program proposals
  • 拥有独立完成项目的设计能力
  • Have the ability to design programs independently
  • 完成上级安排的其他临时事项
  • Complete other ad hoc matters as arranged by superiors

任职要求 / Job requirements

1. 本科以上学历，平面设计、艺术设计等美术相关专业，五年以上行业从业经验

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in graphic design, art design, and other art-related majors, with more than five years’ experience in the field

2. 设计思维敏锐，视觉表现力强，对色彩有深刻的把握能力，有较强的互动设计能力，有较强的策略观念，能够准确理解策略意图并形成指导思想贯彻团队执行

Sharp design thinking, strong visual expression, a profound grasp of color, strong interactive design skills, strong strategic concepts, able to accurately understand the strategic intent and form guiding ideas to implement team execution

3. 有责任心、有工作热情、有团队精神，工作态度积极、性格开朗、思维活跃、善于沟通，具有较强的理解、领悟能力，工作协调能力，具备良好的设计策略性思维

Responsible, enthusiastic, team-oriented, positive attitude, positive personality, active thinking, good communication, with a strong understanding, comprehension, work coordination, and good strategic thinking in design

4. 做事严谨踏实，具有良好的创意概念表现能力，作品具创造性，对所做作品质量负责

Be conscientious and practical, have good creative conceptual expression, and creative works, and be responsible for the quality of the works produced

5. 热爱本职工作，工作认真踏实，能够承受一定的工作压力，有良好的创意能力和较好的沟通能力

Enthusiastic, work conscientiously and practically, able to work under pressure, and have good creative ability and good communication abilities

6. 具备良好的创意能力及较强的视觉表现能力

Have good creative skills and strong visual presentation skills

7. 熟练应用Photoshop、CorelDraw、AI、PPT等各类软件

Proficiency in the application of various software such as Photoshop, CorelDraw, AI, PPT, etc

8. 有海报、画册、宣传册印刷品设计、VI设计、效果图创意设计的成功经验

Successful experience in designing posters, picture books, brochures, VI design, and creative design of effect drawings

9. 有一定的文字功底，良好的沟通表达能力，有责任心，善于沟通，有团队合作精神

Have certain writing skills, good communication and expression ability, responsible and have good team spirit
