任职要求 / Job Requirements

1. 有较好文字功底，能够独立的完成整个活动策划的相关文案制作

Have the ability to independently complete the planning and implementation of activities

2. 具备独立的完成活动策划及落地执行的能力

Have good writing skills, able to independently complete the relevant copywriting for the entire activity planning

3. 性格开朗，有一定的亲和能力

4. 具备工作抗压能力，有较强的应变能力、良好的沟通协调能力

Have the ability to work under pressure, with strong resilience, good communication, and coordination skills

5. 具备较强的策划能力及项目管理能力，清晰的思路和敏锐的判断力，能够统筹协调各类资源，推动项目进展

岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities

1. 熟悉活动策划流程，能够独立完成活动策划编制及实施方案

Familiar with the activity planning process, be able to independently complete the preparation and implementation

2. 参与品牌传播规划，负责推广活动创意、活动方案撰写

Participate in brand communication planning, responsible for the promotion of activity creativity and activity program writing

3. 撰写活动完整策划方案，包括页面文案、页面框架规划、活动推广计划、时间推进表、效果预估等

Write complete plans for activities, including page copy, page frame planning, activity promotion plan, time schedule, effect estimation, etc

4. 负责跨部门合作方的联系、沟通与协调，并做好营销活动的预算，控制活动成本

Responsible for the contact, communication and coordination of cross-departmental partners, and make the budget of marketing activities and control the cost of activities

5. 负责活动前后期的宣传和招商，包括双微，抖音，小红书，知乎，今日头条，B站等，并整合媒体等推广活动，提升活动的曝光和人气，有效把握招商节奏

Responsible for the promotion and investment before and after the activities, including WeChat and Weibo, Tiktok, XiaohongShu, Zhihu, Toutiao, Bilibili, etc., and integrate media and media-related promotional activities, enhance the exposure and popularity of the activities, and effectively grasp the investment rhythm

6. 负责活动的线下执行，整合线下商户，不断优化活动创意，持续提升活动的质量，不断提升合作商户和消费者满意度

Responsible for the onsite execution of activities, integration of offline merchants, continuous optimization of activity ideas, continuous improvement of the quality of activities, and continuous improvement of the satisfaction of merchants and consumers

7. 能够独立完成整个活动策划流程的细化，对重点环节和关键环节有监控标准

Able to independently complete the refinement of the entire activity planning process, and have monitoring standards for key/critical links

8. 能够对活动的整个流程进行维护，保证活动策划方案的有效执行

Able to maintain the entire process of activities to ensure the effective implementation of the activity planning program

9. 能够持续开发并掌握活动支持的各项资源，能够对活动实施现场进行良好的统筹、管理及协调，以保证活动执行流程过程中各环节的衔接顺畅和活动效果的达成
