Donation refund policy

Animals Asia’s vision to end cruelty and restore respect for all animals is only possible with your help. Your donations, however big or small, make a difference. Our supporters are incredibly important to us as without you, no animals would be reached, no progress would be made.

We work hard to ensure your experience of making a donation is trouble-free.

Donation refund policy

Under charity law (The Charities Act 2011) we, along with all registered charities, are not permitted to refund donations, other than in specific circumstances. 

If you suspect that your card has been used fraudulently please contact your card provider.

However, we understand that on occasion mistakes are made or you may wish to discuss your donation to request a refund. If so please contact our Supporter Care Team on Tel: + (0) 1752 224424 or Email: [email protected] and it will be our pleasure to assist you.

Please be aware we will need to ask you some information to establish what has happened and we’ll do our very best to help you in any way we can. We can also advise you on how long we would expect things to take to resolve.

Where possible, and ideally, refunds are returned using the original method of payment.

Registration fees for Charity Challenges, Events and ticket sales are non-refundable.
