What we saw was heartbreaking. He was living in terrible conditions.

Hai Phong was stuck in a metal cage under the hot sun, surrounded by trash. He’d been there since 2005.

Hai Phong was very scared and wouldn’t eat.

Our team was concerned and wanted to get him to our sanctuary fast.
