For more than 20 years, Nova lived in darkness. Trapped. Forgotten. His body broken – but his spirit still gentle, still hopeful. 

When rescuers brought Nova to sanctuary, he finally felt warmth on his fur, soft grass under-paw and tender loving care for the very first time. For 62 precious days, he knew what it was like to simply be a bear.
