Noëlle is a growth-focused Chief Marketing Officer, with a track record of establishing trust for brands and telling stories in a way that resonates with the desired audience and emphasizes value. She loves animals and is the proud mother of three dogs, two cats, and four humans! Her journey with Animals Asia started in 2006 while living in China when she visited the Chengdu Bear Rescue Centre with the whole family.

She has more than 20 years of marketing experience having held senior roles with global public relations companies, in-house marketing and sales roles with multinationals and leadership and board roles in two start-ups.

In between, she was COO of China Team, the official Chinese Team for the America’s Cup sailing competition, followed by owning ChinaSpirit, a Chinese sailing team sponsored by the Chinese Government. She is a world-class athlete in outrigger canoe and dragon boat and has represented Hong Kong in World Championships.

An avid consumer of technology, Noëlle has three engineering degrees and an MBA.
