Celine Zhang

Vice-chair

Celine is a highly flexible and entrepreneurial financial professional who has a portfolio of experience across private wealth advisory, investment, and corporate banking, as well as hands on financial experience as a qualified accountant in-house and for a leading audit firm. She is a managing director for Tiro Capital, specialised in capital raising as well as M&A and restructuring. She also advises UHNW clients on wealth planning through her single-family office. A native of China, Celine has extensive international exposure in the wider Asia region as well as from living and working in London and Paris. She is multilingual with fluency in Mandarin, English, French, Shanghainese and Cantonese.  She also has broad based senior relationships across a number of sectors with Chinese companies.

Celine started her career working at PricewaterhouseCoopers and subsequently joined LVMH as a business controller. After obtaining her MBA degree, Celine worked for BNP Paribas, Standard Chartered and HSBC where she was responsible for delivering the full suite of investment banking products.

She holds a BSc in Finance from Fudan University and an MBA degree from HEC Paris
