Kirvil Skinnarland
Kirvil is retired from her last position which involved managing a small foundation dedicated to the protection of animals. Through this position, she met Jill Robinson in 2007 and has been involved with Animals Asia ever since.
Prior to her work for protection of animals, Kirvil was involved in issues related to the environment, natural resource management, and energy. She has held management positions with the City of Seattle, State of Washington and Santa Barbara County, California.
Kirvil has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara, a Master of Science degree from the Pennsylvania State University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Washington.
Kirvil lives in the Cascade Mountains of Washington state with her husband, two dogs and two cats.
