中国区兽医饲养部总监 / Bear & Vet Team Director

 We are looking for an experienced animal welfare or veterinary-trained leader for our team of expert bear managers and veterinary staff at our China Bear Rescue Centre.

我们正在为我们中国黑熊救护中心的优秀的熊经理和兽医团队寻找一位在动物福利或兽医培训方面有丰富经验的领导者。  

工作地点 / Workplace：中国成都市新都区四川龙桥黑熊救护中心 / China Bear Rescue Centre in Xindu District, Chengdu, China

Job Responsibilities / 岗位职责

  • Oversee and manage the Bear & Vet team at CBRC and off site, including budget, HR, purchase, evaluations, training and development, and ensure all relevant behavioral enrichment practices, protocols and procedures are functional and strictly adhered to in order to facilitate the care of the bears and other animals both at CBRC and off site.
  • 监督和管理兽医饲养部的日常工作，包括部门预算、人力资源、采购、评估、培训和发展等。为了方便照顾熊和其他动物，保障相关规章制度的运行，并严格遵守。
  • Review and refine policies and procedures associated with the sanctuary and care of bears.
  • 审查并完善与照顾黑熊、庇护所和现场工作人员有关的政策和程序。
  • Liaise with the wider management team, such as the Vietnam Bear Rescue Centre，fundraising, communication teams, and construction dept., and together with the General Manager ensure the smooth running of CBRC making sure all staff adhere to established Health & Safety policies and procedures, oversee any onsite emergencies and develop and maintain effective working relationships in regards to work procedures, employee relations and procurement related concerns.
  • 与更广的管理团队及部门紧密合作，如越南救护中心、筹款部、传播部、工程部等，与总经理一起确保单位的顺利运作，确保所有的员工遵守既定的健康和安全政策和程序，监督任何现场的紧急情况，以及在工作程序方面发展和保持有效的工作关系。
  • Coordinate bear rescues in conjunction with the China Director, Projects Director & CEO.
  • 与中国区总监、项目总监和首席执行官一起协调黑熊的救援工作。
  • Ensure that inter-department and inter-personal relationships at CBRC are positive, cohesive, and contribute to the overall mission of Animals Asia
  • 确保CBRC的部门间和个人间的关系是積極的，有凝聚力的，並有助於亞洲動物基金的整體使命。

Job Requirements / 岗位要求

  • Rich, relevant hands-on animal-care experience, team management experience.
  • 丰富的相关实操经验、团队管理经验。
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • 良好的团队合作能力，沟通能力。
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • 熟练的中英文口语及书面表达能力。
  • Love animals and respect life.
  • 热爱动物，尊重生命。
  • NGO work experience is preferred.
  • NGO组织工作经验者优先。
