| Vaccination day at Qi Ming |
15 November 2011: The end of last week also saw the Animals Asia team out in force at Qi Ming, vaccinating all the dogs, plus giving extra injections of meds for various skin diseases, topical treatments for those with injuries or other problems, and sadly euthanising nine dogs that were just too sick to survive.
This heartbreaking time sees our Chinese and Western staff working tirelessly with Qiu Wei and his team in order to ensure that as many of the rescued dogs as possible pull through.
At the end of the day no-one was too tired to give the dogs the comfort and cuddles they craved, before another round of visits, treatment and care planned for later this week.
