Many thanks to Kai Madden and all who supported his Tough Mudder Challenge
12 May 2012 update
On May 12, NY based Animals Asia supporter, Kai Madden, took on the infamous Tough Mudder obstacle course as a fundraiser for Animals Asia. Kai braved barbed wire, freezing water and sky high cargo nets all in an effort to raise precious “Honey Money” for our End Bear Bile Farming Campaign.
Generous sponsorship from friends, family and Animals Asia supporters around the globe resulted in Kai raising an amazing $20,000 – much of which will be matched by Kai’s employer PepsiCo!
This is Kai’s second year in a row running the Tough Mudder for Animals Asia and, incredibly, he’s already looking forward to competing again next year! Our hats are off to you Kai Madden for your compassion and never ending determination to make bear bile farming a thing of the past.
Animals Asia supporter Kai Madden will be taking on the challenging Tough Mudder obstacle course (which includes fire, ice cold water, and dangling electrical cables) on May 12th in order to raise funds that will directly benefit the bears. In addition to contributing to Kai’s fundraising goal of $10,000, donations will support Animals Asia in a chance to win up to $25,000 from Groupon. Help Kai to help the bears by making a donation
