years ago this April, Jill Robinson first walked onto a bear bile farm. On that day in April 1993, Jill could have walked away, but she chose to act and do what she could. Today, you also have a choice. If everyone reading this donated just US$20, it would pay for the care of over 150 bears at our China sanctuary for a full year. Please help us celebrate 20 years of progress. Donate US$20 today (or whatever you can afford).
This Friday, (24 October), is the launch of our much-anticipated coffee-table book, “Freedom Moon”.
This 124-page book of stunning photographs of our rescued bears is a celebration of Animals Asia’s 10-year anniversary and our work to rescue and rehabilitate bears from bile farms in China and now Vietnam.
You can buy the first copies of “Freedom Moon” – a truly amazing collection of images of these majestic and rare animals – at the launch and have Jill Robinson, our Founder and CEO, sign your copy. The book will be on sale through our website from next week on – so you’ll still be able to order a copy in time for Christmas!
We have also chosen a selection of striking photos of the bears at play to exhibit at the gallery. These photos will be on sale and you will be able to order more on the night. Please note that the photos will be on display for this one night only.
Jill will officially launch the book at an evening function at Karin Weber Gallery in Hong Kong and we are expecting a packed house.
