years ago this April, Jill Robinson first walked onto a bear bile farm. On that day in April 1993, Jill could have walked away, but she chose to act and do what she could. Today, you also have a choice. If everyone reading this donated just US$20, it would pay for the care of over 150 bears at our China sanctuary for a full year. Please help us celebrate 20 years of progress. Donate US$20 today (or whatever you can afford).
Whenever children find out about Animals Asia’s China Bear Rescue they feel deeply touched and would like nothing more than to set them free immediately - schools in Germany are no exception!
Heimschule Lender in Sasbach: students of Class 7f and their teacher, Dr. Walter Bausert, collected 420 Euro to befriend six of our beloved bears!

Students of Klasse 4a of Grundschule Godshorn in Langenhagen: nine years of age, they organized a feast at their school including baking "bear cakes", sold more than 1.000 flea market articles and acted out a touching play about the Moon Bears. After more than a week they came up with the grand sum of 340 Euro and befriended Banjo, Andrew, Crystal, Freedom and Bottom!
Students of Klasse 5b of the Gymnasium in Dingolfing are in the midst of a project they started in Spring 2004 about black bears in Asia and the work of AAF. The children plan to do a presentation and an exhibition on the Moon Bears in their school at the end of the year for friends and family!
