years ago this April, Jill Robinson first walked onto a bear bile farm. On that day in April 1993, Jill could have walked away, but she chose to act and do what she could. Today, you also have a choice. If everyone reading this donated just US$20, it would pay for the care of over 150 bears at our China sanctuary for a full year. Please help us celebrate 20 years of progress. Donate US$20 today (or whatever you can afford).
Thursday 13 June, 7pm, at the London Rowing Club, Embankment, Putney, London SW15 1LB
Some 20 years on from when Jill discovered the first bear bile farm, Animals Asia has come a long way. The journey is far from over, but the many achievements that you have helped make possible deserve celebrating and we hope you can join us on this special night.
Actors Peter Egan (Animals Asia Ambassador) and Rula Lenska, and other celebrities who support our campaigns, will also be present. Peter and Rula will also read aloud the winning poems from our first national moon bear poetry competition.
Ticket price: £50 (including buffet and two of glasses of wine)
