參加方法 歡迎各界人士以以下方式報名參加： 郵寄：請填妥單張上或於網上下載之表格，連同劃線支票郵寄至香港郵政總局信箱374號。郵寄申請截止日期為2010年2月20日。請勿郵寄現金。 傳真：請填妥單張上或於網上下載之表格，連同銀行入數紙傳真至亞洲動物基金，傳真號碼: 2791 2320。傳真申請截止日期為2010年2月24日。 即場報名：歡迎即日於上午9:30前即場報名，請以支票或信用咭支付捐款，當日不接受現金。 凡捐款達一百元或以上者，均獲發免稅收據。本會將所有收據寄回參加者，以分發給各贊助人。 報名一經接納，所有款項均不獲退還。 亞洲動物基金了對報名人士及動物之參加資格，保留最終決定權。 How to enrol By mail: Please send your enrolment form together with a crossed cheque to PO Box 374, General Post Office, Hong Kong on or before 20 February 2010. By fax: Please fax your enrol form together with the payment slip to Animals Asia Foundation, fax no. 2791 2320 on or before 24 February 2010. On the day of event: Participants can sign up at 9.30am at the registration table. Only cheque and credit card donations will be accepted. Cash donations will not be accepted on the day of the event. For donations of HK$100 or more, sponsors will receive a tax-deductible receipt. All receipts will be sent to the participant to distribute to sponsors. Once enrolments have been accepted, no donations will be refunded. 登記手續 2010年2月28日上午8時30分開始，本會將於香港馬場公眾席正門入口對開空地分時段辦理登記手續。不同時段分別為8時30分、9時正及9時30分。成功申請者將接獲本會個別通知。 如參加者帶同愛犬出席，必須出示有效之防狂犬病注射証明文件，以及狗隻必須已植入晶片。任何未能出示文件之狗隻均不可參與活動。 大會之規則與條例 Sign-up procedure Members of the public are welcome to sign up on the day of the event: participants can sign up at the table set up outside the main entrance of the racecourse’s public stand. Participants will be assigned at time – either at 8.30 am, 9 am or 9.30 am. Please ensure that you bring your dog’s licence and proof of rabies immunisation.
